LabAIHQ prices a course on one number: minutes of finished course. Every rendered minute costs 2.5 credits, every new account starts with 100 free credits, and the skill level never changes the price. The plans and figures on this page are generated from the same catalogue the product runs on.
A 10-minute course costs 25 credits. A 30-hour course - the long end of what LabAIHQ builds, 60 modules of 30 minutes - costs 4500 credits. The free grant covers 40 minutes. Institute is the plan whose grant covers a 30-hour course.
LabAIHQ charges credits on runtime only: 2.5 credits per rendered minute of course, with 100 credits free on sign-up. A 10-minute course is 25 credits and a 30-hour course is 4500. How credits work
Every rendered minute costs 2.5 credits, rounded up to a whole credit per build. So a 10-minute course is 25 credits, a 45-minute course is 113, and a 30-hour course is 4500. Sign-up grants 100 credits once - 40 minutes of course on any track at any level - and no card is needed for it.
Credits are held when a build is accepted and spent when it finishes. A build that costs more than your balance is refused before anything is held; the message says how many credits it needs and how many you have.

Free: $0, 100 credits, 40 minutes of course (40 min), or 4 ten-minute courses. Build one thing and see whether it lands.
Scholar: $19, 500 credits, 200 minutes of course (3 hr 20 min), or 20 ten-minute courses. For one person working through a subject.
Lab: $59, 2000 credits, 800 minutes of course (13 hr 20 min), or 80 ten-minute courses. For a research group, or one person taking on a whole field.
Institute: $199, 8000 credits, 3200 minutes of course (53 hr 20 min), or 320 ten-minute courses. For a department teaching a cohort from one library.

A 30-hour course is 1800 minutes, so 4500 credits. Institute (8000 credits) is the only plan whose grant covers it. Free (100), Scholar (500) and Lab (2000) do not, on one grant: Free buys 40 minutes; Scholar buys 200 minutes (3 hr 20 min); Lab buys 800 minutes (13 hr 20 min).
Choosing a plan adds its credits to whatever balance you already hold, so grants accumulate rather than replace each other.
What does not change the price
The skill level - beginner, intermediate, advanced or expert - changes how the course is pitched, never what it costs. The track - one concept, a whole subject, or your own source - does not change the rate either. Runtime is the only variable.
Cancelling a build that has not finished returns its held credits in full. A finished build has spent them.
